Just go to a place that has a lot of poles and swing around... I don't think you have to do a full rotation, but it does have to be different poles It will take you less time to try it on your own than it did to type up this topic.Quick Spider-man 3 Pole Swinger question

actually I use the same pole for 50 times and I got the achievement...
