They look the way gameplay footage looks on a normal TV. HD looks great but you won't be too disappointed in SD...
Graphics look almost the same for most games on my sdtv, it is just wayyyy sharper on an HDTV. Once you have seen games on an HDTV you won%26#39;t want to play on an SDTV anymore.
