Low Power Mode

do i enable it and turn my xbox off or leave it and enable it and it turns off by its self?Low Power Mode
Low power mode is for when you are d/ling something and you want to leave it on to finish.To enable it: System Blade>Console Settings>Backround DownloadsNow everytime  you are downloading something and you turn off your 360 it goes into low power mode, if you aren%26#39;t dowloading, it completely shuts off.Low Power Mode
