You%26#39;ll get the hang of it. I have been playing driving sims along time and I think Forza 2 is awesome,I won my first race,just keep practicing......
...you need to break before the turn and accelerate through, don%26#39;t break while turning in sims...just taking a guess here, but if it is actually a sim as it claims then that would be the proper way to tackle it.
do yourself a favor and pick up the first one. it%26#39;s only $7.99 at gamestop. it%26#39;s an awesome game, and you can adjust the settings to be as easy or hard as you like. you can upgrade and tune your cars to make them faster and handle better. in the full game you%26#39;ll be able to upgrade the tires and make it much easier to corner. in the demo try the c class bmw and turn on the full racing line. you%26#39;ll be getting first place in no time.
Keep working on it and youll get the hang of it.
My first racing sim was Gran Turismo 2, and it took me some time to get used to it. Once I mastered it though, no racing game has been able to really beat me down. You should try playing forza with the racing line, it will show you when to brake and when to accelerate. Good way to learn in my opinion.
I haven%26#39;t lost any of the races I%26#39;ve done, except for when I decided to crash to see the damage. I had one really close race where I was in the %26#39;A%26#39; class and was driving the Z06. First lap, I pulled into first; Second, I screwed up a turn and went to third. Half way into the 3rd lap I had pulled into second and on the LAST turn I out turned the Ford F 40 on the outside and pulled ahead for the win. So much fun to watch the replays and slow it down. I%26#39;ve put up the best lap times as well, so I guess my driving skills are still there. I used to LOVE Forza, so I%26#39;m sure I%26#39;m going to really enjoy this one!
You%26#39;ll get used to it. When I first threw in Forza for the Xbox (or Sony%26#39;s Gran Turismo games for that matter), I hard a hard time with it, but you get a feel for the physics (much easier in Forza thanks to the brake lines) and you also get to upgrade your vehicle to make smoother turns.My only issue is that it doesn%26#39;t look as sharp as I was hoping. Hopefully this is an early build.
The gameplay is what really convinced me to play forza and i%26#39;m loving it!i don%26#39;t know what the problem with the graphics is as some people say... maybe they need to tune their tv settings
