My 360 tanked on me...HELP!!!!

Guys, My 360 has is having some problems.A couple of days back, when i turned on my 360 it had the red ring of death. I immediately turned off my console and turned on and it started working fine. Yesterday again my 360 started playing hangman while booting and after some time, it got the red rings and bam!!!, my 360 turned off.I unpluuged all the switched and turned it on again, but it dint have any red rings but it started hanging.I have not got the red rings again, but it hangs sometime.I have the best buy 2 year replacement warranty. Please tell me what do i need to do??? , will best buy replace my 360 or just try to fix it and send me a new one....so please help me guys!!! My 360 tanked on me...HELP!!!!

will they replace it, or will they just ask me to wait till they have it fixed!!!
They should replace it I think, not sure if they repair consoles themselves or not. I did a web search on this subject for you and Best Buy will replace it for you as many times as you need within your warranty. 
Take it to BB or call 18004myxbox.
A simple telephone call should answer this question. 
get a new one while you can. red ring will never be something normal
If you got the product REPLACEMENT plan then they%26#39;ll replace it with a new one. You should know though that if its out of microsofts 1 year manufacturers warranty if you do replace it you%26#39;ll no longer have the warranty. It%26#39;s a one time thing after the 1 year manufacturers warranty, although they will allow you to buy a new 2 year replacement plan.
best buy and most other electronic stores will replace your console with a brand new one on the spot. So dont worry about getting a refurbished one.

guys, i will be taking my 360 to get it replaced today.But can i transfer my saves to the new HDD!!!

i sold mine. well i sold the peripherals hard drive everything ceot for the console itself and sold all the games. I bought a ps3 for the simple fact that i dont have time to be replacing my xbox over and over its annoying. i figure ill just get an elite when they start producing the smaller chips. but if u have a warranty by all means just get it fixed
