Ok I got the new update as I sure you all did, but it won%26#39;t let me use IM because my account, which I made when I was younger, is not a perant account. So what the heck am I supposed to do. I%26#39;m 18, why can%26#39;t I use it. Is MS that stupid they didn%26#39;t think to remedy this at all.WTF This is stupid.
